Health and wellness departments at Costco follow the same philosophy as other Costco departments – the pharmacy, optical department and hearing aid center continually look for ways to provide quality merchandise and service at a great value.
An Rx for savings
Drop by the Pharmacy department at Costco to find over-the-counter medications and vitamins. You can also get your prescriptions filled! Stock up on a three-month supply of many generic prescriptions for less than $15.
Mail order prescriptions also are available. Order online at Pharmacy. Costco.com or by phone at 1-800-607-6861. Just create an online account to get started.
Members pay upfront with the same co-pays, and most arrive within 14 days. This service is especially handy for maintenance medications. (Insurance coverage may vary.)

Prescriptions delivered
Costco Pharmacy also offers a delivery option.
Order $35 in groceries from CostcoGrocery powered by Instacart and the delivery fee is waived for prescriptions. Check with Costco Pharmacy as not all prescriptions are eligible.

Pet medications
Treat your pet’s maladies. Costco Pharmacy can fill prescriptions for allergies, arthritis, diabetes, thyroid conditions and more.
Bring in your pet’s prescription, or provide your pet’s veterinarian information. We can contact your pet’s clinic to obtain their prescription.
Costco Pharmacy also carries items like flea and tick care, medicated shampoos, and ear treatments.
Shots and more
Did you know Costco Pharmacy offers immunizations for adults? Immunizations include whooping cough, shingles, pneumonia and more.
Plus, members can get their annual flu shot billed through their insurance plan.

Choose from designer frames, brand-name contact lenses, and high-quality, prescription lenses, including Kirkland Signature™ HD Progressive Digital Lenses. They feature a wider reading area, easier near-to-far transition and an increase in clarity.
Prefer to order online? Costco.com offers a variety of contact lenses and sunglasses. Or, choose Direct to Member Contact Lenses. Order your contact lenses at one of our warehouses and have them shipped directly to your home for no additional cost.
