Warehouse Tools
View warehouse inventory, local gasoline prices, contact information, hours and other location-specific details.
Option 1:
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Warehouse button to view the map of the local warehouses in your surrounding area.
- Search your city/state or zip to find a nearby warehouse and/or tap the location pin and then tap See Warehouse Details to see warehouse and gas station hours and prices, warehouse special events, and view ancillary business information (tire center, food court, pharmacy, optical department, photo center, hearing aids).
- Set your home warehouse by tapping location pin on the upper right hand corner in the Warehouse Details tab!
Option 2:
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- If you already have a saved warehouse it will show up at the top of the Warehouse tap, to change it click on the change button.
- See nearby warehouse locations using by searching for a city, state, or ZIP code.
- Click on the warehouse of your choosing and hit Set as My Warehouse to set as your warehouse!
Searching Warehouse Inventory
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Search Warehouse Inventory to bring up the search page.
- Click and type in the item you want to find in the search bar.
- Scroll to view various items available in your warehouse and if an item is Low Stock select Find Nearby to see if other warehouses have that item.
Mobile Payment
Exclusively for the Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi card members.
Receipts
Access your receipts for in-warehouse and online purchases.
- Launch the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your costco.com account (if not already).
- Tap Orders & Purchases.
- View your Online purchases & Warehouse receipts.
Digital Membership Card
Launch the app when entering the warehouse and to begin checkout at the register.
- Launch the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
- This will bring you to your account page.
- Scroll down to the My Wallet section and select 2% Reward.
- View your estimated 2% Executive Reward from your Membership Card.

Download the newest version of the Costco app
from the
App Store®
or the
Google Play™
store.
- Launch the Costco app, then tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen. The login page will appear.
- Follow instructions on the login page to sign in with an existing Costco.com account. If you do not have an existing Costco.com account, create one now. Each Digital Membership Card is tied to a specific Costco.com account. You cannot use the same email address for multiple Digital Membership Cards.
- Verify your membership. If you have not previously verified your membership, you will be prompted to do so.
- After successfully verifying your membership, the Digital Membership Card will appear on your screen.
Shop Costco.com
Browse an extended selection of items, online-only savings and more all delivered to your door.
- Launch the app to view the Costco.com homepage and see featured items or promotions.
- Shop featured deals and savings, including ones that are only online!
- Tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen to search by category.
Current Promotions
View the Savings Panel to view the latest promotions, to join our mailing list or to discover something new at Costco.com.
- Launch the app and tap "Savings" in the convenience menu in the header near the top of the screen, or tap the "Account" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Membership section on the "Account" screen and tap "Savings".
- Current Online and Warehouse promotions are highlighted here.
- Sign up for emails to stay up to date on the latest promotions.
My Account
Access your account information, settings, online payment options, shopping history and online lists.
- Launch the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your account.
- Access all your online account information.
- To access your settings, scroll down to the Settings section and tap App Settings.
- Customize your app settings by enabling biometric (Face or Touch ID) sign in, change your home warehouse and more.
- Sign up for app notification or exclusive email offers.
Costco Pharmacy
Refill prescriptions, manage family accounts and set medication reminders.
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Pharmacy (in the Services section).
- Login to check your prescription status and refill prescriptions or select "refill from list" without having to login.
- Transfer your prescription to a new Costco pharmacy.
Costco Gasoline
View current gas price at your local warehouse.
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the pin of the warehouse you want to view gas prices at. You will be taken to the Warehouse details page.
- View the warehouse's hours and current gas prices.
- Find Costco gas stations with Diesel by filtering your search.
Shopping Lists
View your Costco.com shopping list, plus make a list for your warehouse shopping.
- Launch the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Lists section and tap Lists.
- Sign in to see the lists you created on the website.
- Add to your warehouse list without being signed in.
- You can also add to your warehouse list from the Member-Only Savings Book by swiping to the right on the item or tapping Add to List.
- For Online-Only items, add to your list by tapping the "add to list" icon to the right of the product tile.
Costco Travel
Find great value on vacation packages, cruises, rental cars, hotel stays, theme park packages and more.
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Travel (in the Services section).
- View or book hotels, cruises, rental cars or vacation packages.
- Executive Members earn an annual 2% reward on Costco Travel purchases, plus earn 3% cash back rewards on Costco Travel with your Costco Anywhere Visa® card by Citi and Costco Anywhere Visa® Business Card by Citi.
Costco Shop Card
Check the balance on your Costco Shop Card or buy one today.
- Launch the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Help section and tap Shop Card Balance.
- Purchase new Shop Cards starting at $25 or available up to $2,000.
- Enter Shop Card number and card PIN to view available balance on existing Shop Cards.
Business Center
Shop online for products from the Costco Business Center.
Option 1:
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Warehouse button to view the map of the local warehouses in your surrounding area.
- Tap the filter icon to the right of the search field.
- Select "Business Center" then tap "Apply" to view Business Center locations.
- Search your city/state or zip to find a nearby warehouse and/or tap location pin of the Business Center and then tap See Warehouse Details
- Set the Business Center as your home warehouse by tapping location pin on the upper right hand corner in the Warehouse Details tab!
Option 2:
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the "See All" link in the Featured Services section and select Business Delivery to shop at costcobusinessdelivery.com.
- Set your delivery ZIP code to view available products for delivery through select Business Centers.
- Shop all instant savings for delivery to your business.
Photo Center
Print photos straight from your phone. Plus, order canvas prints, metal prints, photo books as gifts and more.
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the "See All" link in the Featured Services section and then select Photo Center.
- Scroll down to the "Get Started" button to begin creating photo books, mugs, or prints for delivery.
- Tap the "Visit External Link" button. You will be taken to a cobranded Costco x Shutterfly page.
CostcoGrocery
Have Costco groceries, household essentials and more delivered to your home! Restrictions apply.
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and select Grocery, Household Essentials & Pet.
- Select All Grocery, Household Essentials & Pet.
- Shop Same-Day delivery of groceries including fresh and household supplies.
- Shop 2-Day delivery of non-perishable food and household supplies.
- Shop Cold & Frozen delivery of perishable food items.
- Featured categories including gourmet foods, emergency kits and more.
Services
Find out what services Costco has to offer. Sign up for life insurance, business products and so much more.
- Launch the app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and select Services in the All Departments section.
- View auto, home, life and business services with Member-Only values.
Special Events
Check the calendar for Special Events coming to your local warehouse. Sign up for notifications for upcoming events.
Option 1:
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- If you arleady have a warehouse set scroll to the bottom and then to the right or left to view upcoming or ongoing special events at your warehouse.
- Tap the "All Events" button to see even more events available online or at other warehouses.
- Scroll down to the Special Events section and tap on the event you want to learn more about.
Option 2:
- Launch the app and tap the Warehouse icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Warehouse button to view the map of the local warehouses in your surrounding area.
- Search your city/state or zip to find a nearby warehouse and/or tap the location pin and then tap See Warehouse Details.
- Scroll to the bottom of Warehouse Details to see upcoming or current event at that warehouse and click See All Events to see more events.
